2011年01月04日全球大部分地区都能看到日偏食，聪明的天文摄影师Thierry Legault从祖国法国特地飞到阿曼王国去拍摄日食照片，当时国际空间站正从阿曼上方飞过，因此他有机会同时拍摄到空间站和月亮从太阳前方掠过的照片。他用佳能5D mark II照相机拍摄下了这幅令人震撼的照片。
